What is an instameet?

Instagrammers (igers) groups all over the United Kingdom and the World organise Instameets. These are photowalks, workshops or meet ups. If you would like to organise or make a suggestion for an instameet, please email igerscoventry@gmail.com or contact us.

Are there any membership fees?

There are no membership fees. Our aim is to create fun and free events for the benefit of our community, but there could be some occasions where we might request a small contribution.

Do I have to attend instameets?

We are flexible. You are welcome attend any of our instameets., but we do ask you to book to secure your place. This is because some instameets have a limited availability, due to the number of tickets allocated or venue capacity.

We love engaging with our community at instameets. They are a great opportunity to connect, explore together, and share tips with each other.

We offer a loyalty scheme with priority booking and other benefits for our more regular attendees - F5igers.

Do you run Competition or Giveaway prizes on your social media channels?

Sometimes we organise competitions or run giveaway prizes on our social media channels. These prizes are often donated by local organisations or brands in return for promotion on our account. We will clearly mark these donations using [Ad] to ensure that we comply with the Advertising Standards Authority (ASA) and the Competition and Markets Authority (CMA) code of practice.

If local organisations or brands ask us to promote their own contests, then the Community Leaders will consider each request in terms of the interest and benefit to our creative community, prizes on offer, requirements of the contest, the time needed to deliver and our availability.
